Safety & Detection
Is Lumen safe on WoW Retail?
Yes. Lumen uses pixel-based screen reading only. It never reads WoW's memory, injects DLLs, or hooks into any process. Warden cannot detect external screen readers. Zero bans reported since launch.
Has anyone been banned using Lumen?
No. Zero bans have been reported since launch. Lumen never reads WoW's memory or injects anything into the game process — it operates entirely as an external screen reader, which Warden is not designed to detect.
Does Lumen work on all WoW Retail servers?
Lumen supports the official WoW Retail client (Battle.net). It works regardless of your region — NA, EU, or OCE. It does not support Classic or Hardcore servers.

What classes are supported?
All 13 WoW Retail classes: Death Knight, Demon Hunter, Druid, Evoker, Hunter, Mage, Monk, Paladin, Priest, Rogue, Shaman, Warlock, and Warrior — all specs included.
Does it work in Mythic+?
Yes. Lumen works in all content: Mythic+, raids, arenas, and open world. Auto interrupt is especially valuable in high keys where one missed kick can wipe the group.
How fast is the interrupt?
Sub-20ms reaction time — faster than any human. Lumen catches every kickable cast the moment it starts. You will never miss an interrupt again.
Does Lumen update automatically when a new patch drops?
Yes. Rotations are pushed automatically on every WoW patch day. You don't need to reinstall — Lumen checks for updates on launch and applies them silently in the background.

Monthly is $30/mo, Quarterly is $77/3 mo (save 15%), and Annual is $252/yr (save 30% — only $21/mo). All plans include full access to all 13 classes and all specs.
Do I need a specific action bar addon?
No. Lumen works with all major action bar addons: Bartender4, ElvUI, Dominos, and the default Blizzard bars. It auto-detects your setup on load.
